Job Summary
To act as a primary coordinator for implementation of new funds and separate accounts and significant change management on existing funds and separate accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to support the following core processes:
- On-boarding and Transition Management, including facilitating meetings, maintaining supporting transition management tools and coordinating key activities for the following core transition events.
- Client Take On / Fund Launches / New Share classes
- Client Termination / Fund Closures
- Benchmark Changes / Custodian Changes
- Liaising effectively with internal and external partners including Custodians, Trustees, Administrators, Regulators, Counterparties and Clients to ensure transition protocols (eg custody opening / closure / transfers) are optimised.
- Actively contributing to the evolution of transition and onboarding processes, ensuring business lines and geographies are aligned and a global approach adopted.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of asset management experience
- Experience in client onboarding, project management or a transitions implementation role
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with multiple teams, clients, and investment professionals
- Experience using BPM and/or CRM software a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal characteristics, reputation, and team orientation
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or related field
