This role sits within Preqin, a part of BlackRock. Preqin plays a key role in how we are revolutionizing private markets data and technology for clients globally, complementing our existing Aladdin technology platform to deliver investment solutions for the whole portfolio.

Job Overview
This is a senior leadership role in the Data Quality organization. You will be responsible for operational excellence and ongoing improvement of internal data workflows, centralized intake and prioritization while working with internal collaborators. You will also lead and develop team members and work closely with business and governance partners to align priorities and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a structured intake and prioritization process for data and technology work, translating business needs into clear quarterly plans and delivery achievements.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to plan, coordinate, test, and launch data improvements with clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder sign-off.
- Produce clear performance reporting for internal partners and stakeholders, including trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain documentation that supports consistent execution, including standards, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and team members, fostering a high-performing, motivated, and well-trained organization.
You are a good fit if:
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, data services, financial data, or related environments.
- Strong project management experience and demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional delivery work with clear prioritization, risk management, and collaborator communication.
- Strong operational rigor, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes through practical change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with senior interested parties.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
