Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Internship Program
Cambridge Associates (CA) is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern for its Finance department located in Boston, MA. The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited local College or University majoring in Accounting or Finance. Under the supervision of our FP&A team members, the candidate can expect to participate in data analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and other ad hoc financial analysis requests.

Responsibilities:
· The candidate will support the FP&A team broadly and gain exposure to the full spectrum of analysis and reporting that is provided to business unit and firm leadership
· Activities and responsibilities will range from in-depth data analysis, building and updating financials, updating financial reporting packages, adjusting and reviewing monthly forecasts, participating in the budgeting process and participating in conversations with stakeholders (both within the Accounting & Finance and more broadly within the organization)
· Additional responsibilities may include ad-hoc requests as they arise and supporting other FP&A team objectives such as standardizing processes, documenting existing procedures and finding new and innovative ways to leverage the technology available (namely the Oracle environment).
Qualifications:
- Must be working towards a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship
