Position Overview: Through the Undergraduate Rotational Internship, the intern will broaden his/her understanding of investment management and gain exposure to various functions within the industry. Working closely with members of the Operations group, the intern will familiarize him/herself with reconciliation, performance measurement, and account valuation. A rotation with Client Service will introduce the intern to relationship management, Causeway’s various strategies and client reporting; and an assignment with Marketing will expose the intern to the business development aspects of the firm. The intern will also spend time with other departments, which may include fundamental or quantitative research, compliance, digital services, sustainability, and investment technology. Tenure of the internship is 6 weeks.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic credentials.

  • Intellectual curiosity.

  • Demonstrated teamwork balanced with the ability to direct independent work.

  • Process and apply new concepts quickly and effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Comfortable with mathematics and Microsoft Excel.

  • Very organized with focused attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • General computer skills required.

  • High level of ethics.

Wages: Based on an annual salary of $85,000 ($40.87 per hour paid bi-weekly). Additionally, a moving/housing stipend is offered as part of the summer internship package, if applicable.
