About the Group:
The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) organization drives and enforces data quality across Citi.
The EDO will define and enforce data-related policies and standards across Citi and equip the firm with the tools required to take ownership and accountability for data governance and management.
This is achieved through the Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP), defining Citi Data Governance Standards and providing a governance framework for data ownership and data quality throughout Citi. The EDO is the sponsor for the overall data quality program at Citi and associated Board reporting.

Enterprise Risk Data & Technology Transformation was formed with one purpose in mind To Build Risk Data & Technology solutions to deliver on our regulatory commitments. But our mission extends beyond solving our regulatory commitments. We want to Transform data, process, and technology to achieve a generational shift in Risk Management practices. By doing so we operationalize the Enterprise Risk Management Framework through technology solutions.
About the Role:
The Risk Transformation SVP will drive forward the successful execution of Risk Data & Transformation work in accordance with regulatory and the firm’s expectations. This position will initially focus on leading several projects related to Key Risk Indicators, Risk Identification and Risk Appetite. The lead will be responsible to understand, interpret and execute on consent order commitments to the regulators. The lead will also be responsible for end-to-end strategic planning, project managing, stakeholder engagement, technology collaboration and communication to multiple senior forums. The lead will be required to take on additional projects as and when needed that fits into the overall Risk Data Transformation book of work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Ownership, Strategy and Program management for the KRI Workflow Management Tool and Risk Metric Dashboard, which includes KRI, Risk Appetite and Limit & Breach and other supporting Risk Reporting.
- Establish Program and Project Management best practice, inclusive of documentation and governance.
- Lead, contribute and engage with 1st, 2nd and 3rd LOD in working groups and senior steering committee meetings to drive the initiative to completion.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Risk ID, Risk Appetite and Technology teams to ensure common goals and objectives are being met.
- Support Strategic planning and communication to multiple senior forums, regarding the various administrational activities and functions within the wider team.
- Ensure close coordination and partnership with various PMOs and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and success criteria.
- Acquire, analyse, and translate data into concise messaging to support decision making for key stake holders to make appropriate leadership decisions.
- Effectively work with internal audit and to reach a common understanding of the artifacts needed to support related testing and validation.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop solutions to escalate and mitigate them.
- Create presentation materials and discussion points related to program content. Contribute to discussions and decisions, and assist in action item tracking, project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive Risk Management experience
- Extensive Business Analysis, Project Management or Product Ownership experience
- Experience in any BI Reporting tool such as Tableau
- Strong Agile Practitioner
- Strong business analysis skills including process mapping and improvement.
- 10+ years’ financial services implementation experience, analytics, or related risk management function
- In addition, any of the following will be a distinct advantage: Understanding of variety of risk types (Wholesale Credit, Market, Consumer, Operational, Reputational, Liquidity, etc.)
- Ability to spot, escalate and suggest fixes for data hygiene issues
- Ability to thoroughly document requirements, prioritisation, testing, facilitate training and product roll out
- This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, exceptional work ethics, solid communication skills, diplomacy skills, and ability to multitask and work against deadlines.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- BS or MS degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other analytically intensive discipline
- Comfortable working with big data
- Strong ability in interacting, collaborating, and influencing senior business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Strong problem solver with leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- Ability to operate autonomously in order to make independent, strategic, and thoughtful decisions in order to identify and remediate problems and realize efficiencies across the function.
