Compensation Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Compensation Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Provide Human Resources consultation to HR Advisors and business managers on compensation. Respond to inquiries from HR partners and managers on reward and recognition related issues. Assist with annual compensation planning processes including salary increases, bonuses, stock awards and other compensation related expenses. Assist with onboarding and separation process with regards to reward for assigned business as needed. Implement and deliver on projects to improve, simplify and create consistency in existing compensation processes. Apply technical expertise in compensation principles, practices and procedures in the completion of assignments and projects. Ensure consistent compensation policies and practices are applied across all employees.
Handle market data process including surveys, individual benchmarking, and presentation of results to HR partners and managers. Administer the implementation of new and adjusted compensation policies while maintaining a high-level awareness of HR risk and controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources or related field and 1 year of experience as a Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Generalist or related position involving the delivery of HR services for a global bank. 1 year of experience must include: Compensation principles, practices and procedures; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint; Project management activities; and HR governance.
