What do we do:

We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues. Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.

Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.

Expertise Required:

Analytical Skills

• Good in Data analysis & Data patterns.
• Beginner level in transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
• Capable of designing and development of Charts, Graphs, and simple Dashboards for Controls Testing Automation.
• Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.

Tools and Platforms

• Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI(Beginner)
• Knowledge in SQL, Teradata
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal/written communication, and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
• Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.
• A strong team player

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
• (Preferred) Postgraduate in – Masters in computers

• 0 - 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering Tableau/Power BI Dashboards/MIS/Data analysis solutions.
