Job Description
As a Senior Product Associate in Purchase & Pay Product Team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to support a key area within the Purchase & Pay Product Space. In this role, you will apply your experience in achieving customer-focused outcomes and your strong delivery track record to develop third-party risk management applications.
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Collaborate with the CTPO (Corporate Third Party Oversight) to identify new product opportunities that meet customer and market needs through user research and discovery
- Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream effects of new product features on the overall product experience
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights into potential product features that add value to customers
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle
- Manage existing product features and vendor relationships to maintain and advocate for the protection of customers' digital data
- Author clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience performing functional validation of product features in testing and production environments
- Ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
- Experience researching new and emerging technologies and use cases in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience creating Figma wireframes that meet the system requirements
- Prior experience in BPMN software and workflows
- Experience with Figma to create/modify wireframes
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable for a start-up team
- Strong work ethic, capable of independently solving problems, managing projects, and delivering initiatives
- Comfort navigating a large organization and partnering with diverse stakeholders
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with evolving technology
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
