Your opportunity

To join the Change Management function, leading global change initiatives on behalf of Global Operations. This role will support a large and complex transformational change initiative to execute a Third Party Administrator change across Middle and Back Office services.

Duties Include:

  • Partner with Global Operations functions and stakeholders to validate scope and elicit and document business requirements.
  • Perform functional and service gap analysis working with business SMEs as required.
  • Lead and contribute to Target Operating Model design across Global Operations functions ensuring engagement and sign off from functional owners.
  • Work with the relevant business SMEs to identify and implement controls and enhancements to mitigate risk in manual or critical processes.
  • Support project delivery ensuring risks and issues are logged, tracked and where required escalated to ensure solutions and defects are prioritized and addressed.
  • Support testing activities ensuring training is provided to end users, support SMEs with test scrip creation including success criteria, resource planning and coordinate overall test status on behalf of Global Operations with program.
  • Support, document and maintain operational artefacts throughout the project lifespan including project plan, status updates, business requirement documentation, business process flows and operating model documentation.
  • Assist the business to identify any procedural, RCSA or control attestations that require updates including making recommendations.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills

  • Experience of Regulatory or Client Reporting functions.
  • Previous experience of working on large scale transformation programs
  • Experience writing & implementing business requirements, process maps, user stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Skills, including Visio, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Previous finance experience
  • Analytical, structured, and logical in approach.
  • Attention to detail and a delivery focused mind set.
  • Organized & collaborative.

Nice to have skills

  • Wide experience of Global Operations functions would be advantageous
  • Previous experience within Asset Management would be highly desirable.
