Your opportunity

  • Supports the commercial success and market positioning of a set of equity products in close collaboration with Client Portfolio Managers
  • Responsible for developing compelling and differentiating product messaging to position strategies in market, serving as a subject matter expert on an assigned set of equity products and capturing the client voice
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across product sets and channels in marketing language, RFP content, pitch books and web messaging
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and identify timely opportunities to position products across institutional and intermediary distribution channels
  • Participate in investment team meetings with portfolio managers and analysts to develop expertise in articulating team philosophy, process, performance attribution, portfolio positioning and outlook to internal and external clients
  • Provide on-going product training for all distribution channels globally
  • Contribute to business planning process and identifying opportunities for product promotion throughout the year
  • Drive marketing strategy for product set and proactively identify opportunities based on industry trends, market environment, competitive advantages, and data-driven competitor intelligence
  • Provide data support by collecting, presenting and reporting accurate data on portfolios and markets for internal and external clients
  • Provides sales support to all distribution channels globally by responding to sales and client questions
  • Engage with clients via conference calls, on site visits, due diligence meetings, and travel for in person meetings for new business or ongoing client servicing

Must have skills

  • IMC qualification and working towards or passed CFA
  • Business / Commercial Acumen – able to proactively develop clear objectives backed by data, understanding any problems that may prevent them being achieved and a way to overcome them
  • Client Skills – able to write and report for a variety of audiences, adapting key messages by client type, and presenting and communicating to stakeholders, Sales and clients clearly and confidently
  • Investment Knowledge – deep understanding of specific products or asset, including the impact of macro environment
  • Data Assessment – able to gather and analyze complex market and competitor intel to inform business decisions and client strategies / campaigns
  • Partnership – able to engage with PMs, CPMs, Distribution, Marketing and Product partners, able to listen and communicate effectively for different audiences to build trust
  • Agility – able to respond effectively to changing environments, and proactively find ways to provide innovative solutions for clients and teams
  • Curious and willing to ask questions

Nice to have skills

  • Use of AI agents to improve productivityAI

  • Experience using Bloomberg / Reuters Datastream / Morningstar Direct
  • Relevant previous work experience

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 -120,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through September 21, 2026.
