In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll collaborate with attorneys and staff across the Firm to expertly format, revise, and process critical legal content. This position offers the opportunity to support high-impact client work across time zones—where precision isn’t just appreciated, it’s essential.
The set weekly schedule for this position is Wednesday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET, Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET; California based candidates: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET.

As a Document Services Operator, You Will
- Format, revise, and convert complex legal documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
- Perform advanced functions like updating table of authorities, cross-referencing, defined terms checks, and financial table formatting
- Create, edit, and reformat PDFs, e-closing binders, presentations, and graphic elements with precision and consistency
- Troubleshoot document issues and assist users with software questions
- Ensure all documents meet Firm standards for branding, formatting, and functionality
- Partner with attorneys and staff to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service under tight deadlines
We’re Looking For Someone With
- At least three years of experience in a legal or financial document processing environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with tools such as Litera, DocXtools, OmniPage, and Power PDF
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, and the ability to follow complex written instructions
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to service excellence
