Job Description

Interns will work closely with our Capital Markets team on ongoing matters. This internship will last for three months, preferably starting as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate a different schedule for particularly strong candidates upon application.

Requirements

• Attend a top graduate legal program with excellent grades.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
• Hardworking, responsive, collegial, organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience and familiarity with US and Chinese law preferred.
• Experience as a legal intern at top law firms preferred.
