Job Description

Join our dynamic team where we are committed to excellence in asset services oversight. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to partner with our outsource providers and ensure the delivery of top-notch operational service targets. If you are passionate about asset management and thrive in a collaborative environment

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily tasks including Income, Claims, Corporate Actions, Proxy, Class Actions, and Asset Transfers
• Collaborating with team members and outsourced providers to meet service standards and deadlines
• Assisting with the delivery of agreed retained services
• Monitoring daily and weekly service delivery KPIs and KRIs
• Investigating and resolving queries or issues, escalating as necessary
• Identifying and implementing procedural and process improvements
• Ensuring end-to-end understanding of operational tasks and their impacts
• Managing operational risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

• Demonstrate strong previous experience within Investment Operations
• Strong understanding of Asset Services tasks, including Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy voting, and Claims
• Experience with TLM, Quasar, and Corporate Action systems
• Knowledge of Outsourced Service Models
• Ideally holds IMC or IOQ qualifications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects
