Job Description

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive excellence in client reporting and valuations? We’re looking for a proactive and inspiring individual to manage our Cardiff-based team, ensuring the accurate delivery of portfolio valuations, NAV calculations, and client reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working with both UK and international clients in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and coaching a team to deliver high-quality client and valuation reports
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and data owners
  • Promoting a culture of control, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing the production and review of reports to ensure consistency and timeliness
  • Acting as the main escalation point for reporting and valuation issues
  • Supporting audit processes and driving process improvement projects
  • Maintaining robust data governance and ensuring data integrity
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a supervisory or team management role
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Vermilion)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • An understanding of portfolio valuation and fund structures (training provided)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
