Job Description

We’re recruiting for a part time (24 hours weekly) Support Team Agent to join us. This role is on a hybrid, 9 month fixed term contract basis. We’re offering a competitive base salary of £15,725 annually

    What you'll be doing:

    • Managing operational processes, systems and procedures
    • Coordinating contracts, lender guidance and panel applications
    • Supporting fee changes and additional business requirements
    • Achieving client service standards and distribution targets
    • Engaging in personal development and stakeholder collaboration
    • Analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement
    • Tailoring service propositions to meet market needs
    • Assisting in the creation and implementation of new systems

    Qualifications

    Who we're looking for:

    • Strong customer service experience, ideally in a admin-based role
    • Knowledge of survey and valuation products and processes
    • Ability to communicate and influence effectively
    • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
    • A collaborative approach to working with internal and external teams
    • GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent skills
    • Commitment to continuous learning and development
    • A flexible mindset with a focus on process improvement
