Our Group Functions provide the services that all areas of the business need. This requires a talented and diverse team behind the scenes, who enable everyone at L&G to do what they do best.
Joining us means helping to improve the lives of our customers and contributing to the success of the business every day.

- Managing and developing the efficient production of high-quality exec/board MI, providing meaningful insight to support the decision making of senior management
- Supporting the Head of Group ALM to ensure that key proposals and matters for discussion are brought to the Group Asset and Liability Committee, which is chaired by Group CFO and attended by key members of the senior management team
- Developing systems for improving the efficiency and sophistication of the Group’s ALM Framework
- Working closely with the 2nd line Group Risk Team to ensure consistency of understanding and that all proposals have the appropriate level of challenge and oversight

- Ability to review technical data, analyse it and provide a succinct summary
- Ability to work with and develop code-based tools e.g. Python, R etc.
