Job Description
Are you a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist looking for a fresh challenge? Do you believe that good work is beneficial for health and want to help others experience that too?
We’re looking for Clinicians who are passionate about vocational rehabilitation and ready to make a real impact. If you’ve worked in case management, occupational health or vocational rehabilitation, this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing
At the heart of this role is a simple but powerful belief: good work is beneficial for health. You’ll be helping people rebuild their lives after illness or injury; guiding them through rehabilitation and supporting their journey back to work.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Applying your clinical insight to support members back to work by overcoming their personal barriers through rehabilitation plans, our specialist pathways and stakeholder engagement.
- Connect with our members - by phone or face-to-face - to understand their health journey and co-create rehabilitation plans that are realistic, compassionate and focused on recovery.
- Champion rehabilitation by reviewing and improving how we deliver support, ensuring our services are effective, person-centred and market-leading.
- Build strong relationships with policyholders, IFAs and external providers, helping everyone understand the value of rehabilitation and our approach to recovery.
- Mentor and train others in the team, sharing your knowledge and passion for rehabilitation.
- Help shape processes that ensure our members get consistent, high-quality support every time.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
We’re after someone who’s clinically skilled, people-focused and ready to make a difference. You’ll need:
- To be a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
- Confidence in making clinical judgments and conducting assessments independently.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to manage your time efficiently, stay organised and keep rehabilitation plans moving forward
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust.
- Solid IT and report writing skills.
- Insurance or Income Protection experience is a bonus - but not essential. We’ll support you with training.
Why join us?
Because we believe in rehabilitation that works and in the power of good work to support recovery. You’ll be part of a team that puts people first, and you’ll use your clinical skills to help others regain independence, confidence and purpose.
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 27 days holiday, plus public holidays. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
- In 2023, some of our workspaces were redesigned. Our offices are great spaces to connect and collaborate and have your wellbeing at the heart
