We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration, ensuring scalable and high-performance implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement best practices for Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integration & Automation: Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Customization & Configuration: Optimize workflows, automation, and custom objects to enhance business processes.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and data governance policies.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven frameworks.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow automation, and advanced reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

EXPERIENCE:

• 14 + years of total experience in software engineering
• 5 + years of experience in a core engineering role using Salesforce

• Graduate in any discipline
