Key Responsibilities for this role:

Maintain/review & support:

  • Operations of Business Continuity Plan
  • Health and Safety practices
  • Effective management of office facilities including procurement of office and pantry supplies
  • Maintenance of security office assets including corporate seals, and on-time recording of it use
  • Request any inconvenience or areas to be improved to our office landlord

Providing support to various functional teams

  • HR : onboarding and offboarding of employees, HR events such as team building activities and training, etc
  • Finance : support administerial works with external service provides with respect to expense management, audits
  • Treasury, Tax, Ops and IT : support communication with external service providers

Secretarial duties

  • Executive Assistant support to Korea heads of Real Estate and Distribution
  • Arrange company dinner/lunch and other corporate functions
  • Organising of client meetings including booking of venues and tracking of schedules to M&G Korea
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights etc.
  • Meeting scheduling

To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Korean and English to work with other APAC locations
  • Knowledge of operational aspect of business, and experience to deal with various areas of operation, and skillsets to cut through complexity and bureaucracy
