Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Support the accurate accounting for all trading income within MGG - including fee income, performance related fees, trail commission and rebates.
Assist in the preparation of client invoicing and cash collection, ensuring its conducted in a timely manner.
Contribute to the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial results with the necessary analysis of results.
Liaise with auditors and answer audit queries.
Support preparation of balance sheet items, including intercompany positions.
Provide support with additional tasks within the purview of the Revenue Management team.
Completing ad hoc tasks as required.
Support the on-going delivery of robust, effective and efficient operational, finance processes and controls.
Contribute to automation and process improvement projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic technical skills within finance administration.
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SUN, Tagetik, Oracle and Power BI an advantage.
Strong interest in automation and process improvements
Ability to quickly adapt to new and evolving situations.
Experience:
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build strong and reliable relationships of trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to use intuitive reasoning to solve problems.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Maintain own professional competence.
Experience with SQL is desirable.
Educational Qualification:
Newly or Part Qualified accountant would be preferred.
