Adviser Services Consultant

At M&G Advice, our Adviser Services team plays a vital role in supporting both existing and prospective clients. We’re looking for an Adviser Services Consultant who is motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent service and promoting the value of financial advice.
What You’ll Do
Engage with new and existing clients over the phone to understand their needs
Promote our financial advice proposition clearly and confidently
Identify opportunities where clients could benefit from speaking with a Financial Adviser
Build rapport and trust through meaningful conversations
Provide flexible support across a range of inbound and outbound calls
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Experience in client-focused roles, ideally within Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work within a structured framework while remaining adaptable
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple changing priorities
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
