The Role:

The role is to support to Client Directors and Distribution in servicing institutional clients across a range of strategies and geographies. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Manage, and deal effectively with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries and requests for information.
  • Help to prepare/review client reports and responses to ad-hoc requests from clients and consultants.
  • Assist with client on-boarding (mandates)
  • Assist in implementation of any regulatory/industry change initiatives impacting our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Review RFPs/other documentation to ensure accuracy and suitability for our clients
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Investment management experience and interest in investment a plus.
  • Client management experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Team player with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive with keen desire to develop as a client service professional.
  • Degree and have completed the IMC or planning to take it.
