Key Responsibilities

Corporate Responsibility (50%)

  • Support the delivery of CR programmes and campaigns aligned with sustainability goals.

  • Assist in delivery of charity partnerships and coordinate volunteering activities and events.

  • Helping to prepare CR communications and updates for internal and external audiences.

  • Collecting and maintaining volunteering data for impact reporting and compliance purposes.

  • Act as a point of contact for CR queries and provide guidance to colleagues.

  • Project managing CR campaigns

Events Management (50%)

  • Support in the planning and delivery of high-profile internal and external events that reflect our brand values.

  • Oversee event logistics, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure flawless execution.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align events with business priorities.

  • Partner with teams across Corporate Affairs and other business units to integrate events into broader business priorities.

  • Source, book and liaise with venues to ensure suitability, accessibility and compliance with company standards.

  • Track event-related costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Experience

  • Experience in event management and/or corporate responsibility support roles.

  • Familiarity with compliance, governance, and risk management in event and CR contexts.
