§ Partner and collaborate with stakeholders across business divisions and regions to understand and define priorities
§ Develop and manage the internal communication calendar and deliver timely, impactful messages across email, intranet, and other channels.
§ Create compelling content for newsletters, campaigns, leadership messages, and organisational announcements.
§ Develop and publish employer branding content on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone.
§ Plan and execute internal engagement events such as town halls, cultural activities, and CSR initiatives, driving innovation and flawless delivery.
§ Identify and coordinate submissions for awards, speaking opportunities, and industry forums to enhance external visibility.
§ Support campus engagement and recruitment branding activities with creative approaches to attract top talent.
§ Track and report performance of social media and internal campaigns using tools such as Hootsuite, providing insights for continuous improvement.
§ Create internal presentations, creatives, and other visual assets to support communication initiatives.
§ Liaise with external agencies for design, content, and event support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
§ Monitor spend on communication and branding activities within approved budgets, optimising resources effectively.
· Delivering expert advice using specialist knowledge and applying judgment for solutions.
· Integral part of the several Cross Functional Teams such as WE, DEI, etc. and face off to external industry associations such as NASSCOM to ensure our engagement with them.
