Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Process Management:
- Set up assumptions and input data on the PALM model and run automated tools on RAFM.
- Execute model runs and deliver outputs in the format specified in the user request form.
- Ensure timely coordination across teams and maintain process continuity.
- Update and maintain the Integrated Control Framework.
- Ensure controlled delivery of BAU reporting requirements.
- Maintain audit trails and version control for spreadsheet controls.
- Act as second line of support in manager’s absence.
- Technical and Risk Management:
- Assist in routing technical queries appropriately and support resolution.
- Perform and support Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) as per scope.
- Support in Coordinating responses to queries from internal and external risk stakeholders.
- Stakeholder and Communication Management:
- Support communication with requestor teams to track expectations and requests.
- Support stakeholder interactions for prioritisation and timely delivery.
- People Management:
- Conduct performance reviews for DRs, if any.
- Manage other administrative responsibilities.
- Process Development Support:
- Work on tool development and testing activities.
- Assist in drafting business requirements and review early-stage outputs.

- Ability to confidently express own viewpoint and to clearly and simply communicate issues within their team
- Ability to develop clear, workable plans for self; monitor progress; ensure deadlines and commitments are met
- Maintain and develop knowledge of technical requirements of job together with the framework in which M&G India operates

- Liaise with development, business and systems support teams
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload

- Communicate effectively with others, develop positive networks and working relationships
- Flexible approach to responsibilities, working hours, and willing to travel if required

Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) :
- Strong numerical and spreadsheet (Excel) skills
- Confidence & excellent communication – written and verbal
- Track record of being a fast learner
- Resourceful in finding solutions and identifying sources of help and information
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Some level of understanding of the financial dynamics of our business and how key factors influence the various financial measures
- Good team player – the execution stage is crucial to the success of the delivery and it is essential to be able to contribute fully to the team effort
Experience:
- 3 - 6 years’ of relevant work experience or relevant experience in BFSI.
Educational Qualification:
- A numerical based degree or Post Graduate qualification
- Some technical understanding of various tools and techniques used eg: Excel, Visual Basic, Python, power BI and/or other relevant Actuarial applications (good to have)
