The Role:
With over €7bn in assets under management distributed in France and over 45 employees in the Paris office, France is a key strategic market for M&G Investments. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to contribute to the development in France of M&G's leading presence in the Retail-Wholesales markets.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Contribute to the business development and success of M&G Investments in the French Retail market
- Take charge of and develop a portfolio of investors/partners (IFA, Family office, Wealth management networks, private banks, insurances Cies, and digital platforms)
- Identify and develop new partnerships and distribution channels/networks
- Innovate and work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, compliance, event, investment specialists, portfolio managers...) to develop our communication and investment solutions
- Work alongside with Sales Support to prepare and deliver presentations, refining or adapting materials for the local needs
- Assist and report to the Sales Director
- Organise events, both physical and digital, to present our investment solutions and train our partners.
- Identify and fulfil regulatory requirements applicable to the role
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience as Sales in the Asset Management industry
- Good knowledge of Public ( Equity & Fixed Income) and Private Assets
- Good knowledge of French distribution, market trends and competitive landscape
- Solid team spirit / Organized / Business oriented
- Fluent in English
