The Role:

As a Digital Data Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimisation of digital data across various platforms. You will ensure compliance with consent and regulatory frameworks, develop marketing automation strategies, and manage data pipelines. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing digital media performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital data strategies to support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with consent and regulatory frameworks across all digital platforms
  • Develop and manage marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion
  • Oversee the creation and optimisation of data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage digital media and data insights for strategic decision-making
  • Utilise Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage and optimise digital data
  • Monitor and analyse digital data performance using analytics tools
  • Provide recommendations for improving data management and utilisation

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Digital Data Management and Optimisation:
    Proven experience in handling and improving digital data across various platforms is crucial. This involves understanding data structures, data flow, and integration processes.
  • Consent and Regulatory Frameworks:
    Expert knowledge of consent and regulatory frameworks is necessary to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in data management.
  • Marketing Automation:
    Expert in developing and managing marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates is important.
  • Data Pipeline Management:
    The ability to oversee the creation and optimisation of data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration is vital.
  • Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
    Proficiency in using these platforms to manage and optimise digital data is essential for driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Excellent analytical skills are required to interpret data and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
