• To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G plc's operational risk.

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics indicators to support operational, managerial, and executive decision-making.

• Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time scorecards aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Request.

• Partner with process owners and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable ServiceNow analytics solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate metrics, enhance visualization, or introduce new analytics capabilities in ServiceNow.

• Optimize report performance by ensuring efficient query logic, scheduled report management, and data accuracy.

• Configure and maintain Performance Analytics (PA) elements, including data collectors, breakdowns, automated jobs, and time-series KPIs.

• Ensure data integrity and governance by validating data sources, ensuring correct table relationships, and maintaining reporting standards.

• Troubleshoot issues related to reporting, metrics accuracy, dashboard rendering, and PA widget performance.

•Produce documentation, report catalogs, dashboard inventories, and best-practice guidelines for analytics usage across the organization.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate metrics, enhance visualization, or introduce new analytics capabilities in ServiceNow.
