Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
Process Mapping & Analysis
- Design as-is and to-be process flows using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with asset management best practices.
Documentation
- Capture detailed business requirements and translate them into structured documents, including process maps, SOPs, and functional specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all transformation initiatives.
Risk & Control Awareness
- Document key and non-key controls within operational processes, detailing how they are operated and monitored.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks specific to asset management.
Template Utilisation & Governance
- Apply version control, ownership assignment, and approval workflows to maintain governance standards across documentation.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational templates and documentation protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with process owners, investment operations teams, and other business units to validate documentation accuracy.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on process improvements.
Communication & Visualisation
- Present complex processes clearly using flowcharts, diagrams, and checklists for easy stakeholder understanding.
- Develop visually engaging materials for senior management and governance committees.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in asset management or financial services with a focus on operations and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and other process mapping tools.
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks within investment operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified is good to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Any Microsoft cloud certifications is good to have
- Investment Banking related certifications is a plus
