Manually add, amend, and remove access rights across multiple applications.

Create, amend, and delete objects in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).

Manage password resets, account locks/unlocks for AD, AAD, and integrated applications.

Resolve incidents related to Access Management within agreed SLAs.

Deputise for Assistant VP in their absence and help with team management and work allocation.

• Fulfil information requests related to Access Management.
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Provide evidence for internal and external audits as required.
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tokens.
• Monitor and investigate access alerts and anomalies.
• Administer and maintain data share permissions.
• Maintain and update the Access Management knowledge base.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and process automation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) advice and guidance for projects.
• Support post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and management information (MI).
• Participate in service reviews and governance meetings.
• Perform dormant account scanning and remediation.
• Fulfil emergency or expedited exit requests promptly.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and procedures for IDAM services.
• Liaise with internal and external support teams as required.
