- Manage team performance and take complete accountability of delivering agreed SLAs
- Lead & motivate the team through regular performance review and rewards & recognition
- Lead initiatives to improve service standards thus directly impacting the outcome for end customer
- Ensure reasonable level of awareness / knowledge about all the regulatory changes across your team
- To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks within the business area. Whilst ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
- Manage team performance through effective queue management on Salesforce and other applications
- Be accountable for delivering the annual objectives set for the team
- Take complete ownership to improve the quality of the delivery to customers
- Initiate ideas to improve the speed of delivery thus impacting customer outcomes
- Build strong partnership with stakeholders anticipate business requirements and deliver accordingly
- Effective liaison with various departments within the organization to gain support and resolve issues
- Proactively identify business challenges and present solutions
- Conduct regular performance review sessions with PLs and associates to set expectations and meet KPIs
- Engage in career aspiration conversations and align roles accordingly
- Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate / impart process & soft skills training to build people capabilities.
- Keep the motivation / engagement level & buzz going in the team & across the Ops floor.
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures
- Adhere to the risk register & maintain other governance related MI
- Deploy effective controls to ensure green results on internal and external risk audits
