- Troubleshooting implementation of tools such as OneTrust
- Act as the first point of contact for the processing of all data subject access requests ensuring responses are accurate, compliant and timely.
- Collaborate with Privacy Legal colleagues, customer support, human resources, technology and data teams when responding to data requests (DSARs)
- Deliver compliance with privacy regulations through the scoping and draft redacting of subject access requests.
- Provide advice on whether information should be disclosed or refused in compliance with the relevant legislation. Refer relevant cases to Privacy Legal for clarification, in relation to legislation which may apply.
- Assess requests and correspondence to identify the relevant stakeholders that may be affected by disclosure
- Respond to requests ensuring that all correspondence and associated disclosures are timely, accurate and compliant with legislation, regulations and policies.
