Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, operating and improving enterprise network services across Palo Alto, Meraki, Azure Networks and Prisma technologies in a Platform Engineering setup.

• Design, implement and support enterprise network services across Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/Wi-Fi/LAN, Azure networking and Prisma platforms

• Lead network engineering standards for routing, switching, wireless, VPN, segmentation, firewall policy and cloud connectivity

• Drive secure connectivity patterns across data centres, offices, cloud and remote access using VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure networking, Prisma Access and zero-trust principles

• Own configuration governance, lifecycle management and compliance for Palo Alto, Meraki Dashboard, Azure Network resources and Prisma policies

• Build automation for repeatable network operations, configuration backup, reporting and compliance checks using APIs, Python/PowerShell, Terraform/Bicep or platform-native tools

• Develop monitoring and alerting strategy using Meraki Dashboard, Palo Alto/Prisma logs, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds/Dynatrace and ITSM integrations

• Improve operational resilience through proactive health checks, capacity planning, failover testing, DR readiness and incident trend analysis

• Troubleshoot complex L3/L4/L7 network issues, wireless authentication problems, VPN failures, routing faults and application connectivity issues

• Produce and maintain high-quality network documentation including HLD/LLD designs, traffic flows, firewall rule matrices, runbooks, known-error articles and handover packs

• Partner with Security Architecture, Cyber Operations, Cloud, Endpoint, Application, Service Operations and vendor teams to deliver secure and reliable network services
