Recruitment Advisor - Technology

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join the team here at Man Group on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). You will be joining a proactive and dynamic recruitment team who are responsible for supporting allocated business areas. You will be supporting the day-to-day recruitment for the technology function.
Specific Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs, advising on the right resourcing strategy for the role, including but not limited to, developing inclusive job descriptions (in line with legislative requirements), required interview / assessment process, advertising roles via appropriate channels, sourcing direct candidates, identifying and retaining talent pools, searching CV databases and headhunting.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure high quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Screen CVs in line with the line manager’s requirements and arrange interviews/assessments, as appropriate.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates at all levels.
- Conduct telephone screens to further qualify applicants for all open requisitions.
- Provide the business with a pro-active approach to recruitment, utilising budget information and other data to foresee where the business may require support and own the process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent feedback is gathered / communicated; keep stakeholders informed by maintaining relevant management information.
- Manage the internal recruitment process, supporting and guiding applicants through the end-to-end process, partnering with the Head of Recruitment & Talent
- Ensure a diverse pipeline of appropriate candidates for all roles.
- Network to develop candidate flow.
- Manage the offer process: advise the business on salary levels based on benchmarking data, track budgets and ensure internal finance systems are updated; oversee the contract generation; keep in touch with candidates until their join date.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS, own and update the data as and where required, to ensure correct data is pulled into reports and downstream to Finance.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across departments to facilitate strong internal communication.
- Manage third party recruiters / head-hunter relationships (with the support of the Head of Recruitment) build relationships, arrange agency briefings, and assess performance.
- Collect, interpret, and distribute useful market data and intelligence.
- Continue to develop innovative methods to attract diverse top talent.
- Be a culture carrier for best-in-class talent acquisition and build out the employer brand within the market.
- Continually look to improve and develop processes in line with legislation and business needs.
- Other duties as assigned to support the business.
- Support broader recruitment related projects, initiatives and reporting as required.
- Create, maintain, and utilise the candidate pool functionality in Workday.
Essential Experience
- Experienced information technology recruitment background within a fast growth company or has an agency background focused on technology delivery.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday and or Greenhouse
- Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment.
- Candidates should be highly skilled in a variety of internet recruiting techniques.
- Strong candidate qualification and interview skills required.
- Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptionally organized with an ability to prioritise, manage time well, and work closely with hiring managers to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
- Strong multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
