We're seeking someone to join our team as a UiPath Professional in Global Operations Transformation to drive adoption of our suite of tools through communication, training facilitation, and support for our network of Automation Champions and Experts across the organization

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
- enable the Governance and Control infrastructure surrounding idea intake, backlog management, and execution
- lead and support execution of automation ideas with WM Operations process owners where needed (UiPath, Alteryx, Power BI)
- provide proactive analysis and reporting leveraging our diagnostic tools
- create Management reporting and progress tracking towards our WM Operations Automation targets

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
Experience with business process improvement initiatives and strong grasp of concepts to drive Operational Excellence (e.g. Root Cause Problem Solving, deep-dive process mapping and discovery)

- Evidence of participation in change management and continuous development projects within a complex global organization, preferably Financial Services

- Ability to act as a bridge between multiple Operations and Technology areas

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution
- Ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
