We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Benefits to enhance engagement around the Benefits & Wellbeing portfolio offered by the firm in India and drive employee experience.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Benefits team which is responsible for designing and managing comprehensive employee insurance and preventive care programs that enables employee health and wellbeing.

What you'll do in the role:
- In line with the Global benefits communication strategy, amplify Benefits and Wellbeing program communication for India.
- Develop wellbeing campaigns, collaterals and initiatives, promotional campaigns as needed
- Promote interactivity and participation in webinars, utilizing guest speakers, expert panels and real life success stories to create a dynamic and engaging experience.
- Use quantitative and qualitative people data to identify health and wellbeing trends and priorities.
- Analyze wellbeing program data to track participation, engagement levels as well as provider efficacy to enable regular reporting on wellbeing program outcomes and insights making data -driven recommendations for program enhancements.
- Organize wellbeing events and facilitate information sessions / support external speakers. Facilitate onsite benefits events through vendors, cross functional teams and the influencer network.
- Collaborate with internal employee networks, external providers and other internal stakeholders to increase awareness around the various benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Partner with Employee Resource Network leaders to seek feedback and tailor wellbeing programs to address the unique needs and interests of diverse employee groups.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Broad knowledge across the various aspects of benefits & wellbeing – Physical, Mental, Financial, Social, Family, including operational understanding of benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A collaborative approach and an ability to get things done by working closely with others in a complex, highly matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to build solid relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders across levels
- Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate insights into impactful, commercial recommendations.
- Strong understanding of the external benefits and wellbeing landscape and emerging trends.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
