We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Americas Regional Risk Advisor to ensure that appropriate Human Capital Management (HCM) risk strategies, mitigation actions, and procedures to ensure compliance with department and Firm standards are developed, implemented and subject to on-going review. This is achieved by partnering with all HCM functional SMEs, other HCM risk counterparts, Infrastructure Groups and Control Functions.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the Business, Risk and Vendor Management function, which is responsible for oversight of divisional financial goals, including the management of departmental budgets and expenses; monitoring and assessing potential risks related to the effectiveness of HCM policies, processes, and procedures, as well as risk mitigation recommendations; and governance of HCM vendor relationships inclusive of proper due diligence, contracting and monitoring of service levels.

What you'll do in the role:
Support risk and vendor management programs within the Americas HCM division including Operational Risk, Third Party Risk, and Cyber Risk/Information Security.
Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively determine process improvements focused on risk mitigation.
Respond to and resolve urgent escalations along with appropriate SME and/or stakeholders
Carry out deep dives into risk incidents and analysis of thematic operational risks. Coordinate with various audit and Control Functions regarding reviews of Americas HCM processes, responsibilities and controls.
Support the evolution of reporting for senior management including thematic reporting, KPI/KRIs and insights based HCM’s risk appetite statement and historic operational risks incidents.
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven risk management experience including the ability to anticipate and identify risks and effective mitigation
Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment· Previous exposure and knowledge around HCM, Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Frameworks is highly advantageous
