We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Employee & Guest Workplace Solution Digital Program Lead (EGWS) to be responsible for overseeing and advancing all technology programs related to Employee and Guest Workplace Solutions with a primary of on Amenities and, Global Conferencing, and Events.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Employee & Guest Workplace Solution Digital Program where you will be at the forefront of enhancing the workplace experience through innovative technology solutions.

What you'll do in the role:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for workplace solutions that align with the organization’s overall objectives. Maintain a technology roadmap that supports future growth and innovation.
Program Management: Oversee the portfolio of technology programs including but not limited to overtime, meal program, event management systems, visitor management, conference room bookings, sentiment capture, and AI-driven initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of technology implementations. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT, corporate services, and external vendors. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed about program objectives, progress, and outcomes.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and integrate advanced technological solutions and trends that can enhance the effectiveness of workplace amenities and event management. Explore and implement AI use cases to optimize operations and user experiences.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software providers and other technology vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations.
Training and Support: Develop training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support. Ensure users are proficient in new technologies and systems.
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in program management, particularly in a corporate IT environment.
Experience with AI technologies and their practical applications in a corporate setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
