The Integrated Marketing Strategy team seeks to attract and retain clients across the wealth spectrum. This role will focus on core client deepening initiatives: the Firm’s Client Loyalty Perks program, Reserved Living & Giving (RLG), and our Wealth Management Virtual Client Events.

About Reserved Living & Giving:


RLG is a complimentary Perks program with over 130 offers and discounts from premier brands designed to help Morgan Stanley retain clients, attract prospects, and help Advisors grow their business. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Reserved Program. The position executes a cohesive marketing strategy across channels, measures its effectiveness, and enhances the program based on key learnings.

About Virtual Client Events:

Our virtual client events strategy is anchored to offering timely and exclusive events for clients across our Wealth Management client segments. The role will support our integrated virtual client event strategy and production–liaising with colleagues across the team to seamlessly deliver a cohesive, flawless event experience.

This individual is a strategic thinker who thrives in a team-based, customer-focused, and results-oriented environment, embraces challenges and change, and can work well with multiple parties under tight deadlines.

This role leverages campaign results, client insights, and competitor research to understand key drivers of client loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the RLG strategy and help drive RLG adoption among Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE clients
  • Event production to include, run-of-show production, registration management and attendee analysis
  • Monitor cross-channel campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to drive engagement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to leverage RLG in support of strategic goals and business initiatives
  • Develop test and learn optimization strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide recommendations and shape strategy
  • Develop an intimate understanding of our customers and their needs and make recommendations to improve the customer journey
  • Manage the legal and compliance review and approval process for team materials
  • Engage with Financial Advisors, Call Centers and other internal teams to support needs
  • Liaise with 3rd party tech, partner and creative agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a marketing organization
  • Basic knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and segmented communication strategies
  • Basic knowledge of multi-channel best practices to increase engagement and conversions
  • Basic understanding of of working with tech and creative agencies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Digital marketing experience with HNW and UHNW clients as well as loyalty programs, a plus
  • Event planning experience, a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
