The LCD Innovation - Governance and Project Management Associate will support core transformation execution and governance activities for the LCD Division, including project management, change management, stakeholder communications and technology investment planning, tracking and reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project and change management skills, experience with using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) capabilities (M365 Copilot), and an understanding of financial services.
Department Profile
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk.
The LCD Innovation office is a function within LCD responsible for designing and delivering solutions to optimize and/or transform business processes, data, and technology for the Division. It plays a critical role in shaping and executing on the Division's transformation strategy, including oversight of the Division's technology investment process and management of the LCD Transformation Framework, which aligns process, people, data, and technology enhancements with divisional goals.

What you'll do in the role:
Governance
- Execute governance framework activities, including creating and maintaining presentations, committee decks and senior management reporting.
- Manage review of potential opportunities with senior leadership, communicate review outcomes to relevant stakeholders, and maintain opportunity information in a SharePoint site.
- Perform critical data analysis to assist with executive oversight.
- Support Division's annual technology investment planning and forecasting, including creating and compiling budget templates, creating executive-level reporting presentations, and year-round expenditure tracking and reporting.
Project Management
- Support planning and execution of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track progress, including identifying and managing risks, actions, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Prepare and deliver project and program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to stakeholder meetings, including creating materials, capturing meeting minutes and following up on action plans.
- Develop and execute communication plans including identifying audience, drafting content, and sending / posting communications.
- Track and respond to requests for information and user support for M365 Copilot and other prioritized capabilities as appropriate.
- Manage internal SharePoint(s) and/or website(s) including content creation and site maintenance.
- Support key program leads and resources in executing key deliverables.
- Independently identify opportunities to drive project/ programs forward.

- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
- High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy of materials
- Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with working in a matrix and/or virtual team structure
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience using GenAI, including Microsoft Copilot
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
- Ability to highlight key risks and issues that may impact the project/ program health
- Ability to drive delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives independently
- Experience managing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
