Role Summary:
MS is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 6–9 years of experience in the Core Banking domain, focused on developing and analyzing marketing campaigns using Dataiku. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, experienced in post-campaign analytics ad-hoc reporting, and collaborating closely with business partners and Snowflake developers to support marketing efforts such as bank products, client retention and mortgage campaigns. Experience with Python for automation or analytics is an added advantage. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for customer data management and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to gather campaign requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Design, execute, and automate marketing campaigns in Dataiku, targeting core banking products including mortgage services and retention strategies.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions based on queries from stakeholders.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries to support campaign logic and audience targeting.
- Partner with the Snowflake database team to develop and implement scalable, cloud-based logic.
- Create clear documentation for campaign logic, segmentation criteria, and analytics workflows.
- Present insights and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise, impactful manner.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) where applicable to support audience segmentation, activation, and personalized campaign delivery.
- Create and manage datasets, mapping them to schemas and enabling them for profiles to ensure proper alignment with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–9 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Core Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large data sets.
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data workflows, campaign development, and automation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience in post-campaign analysis with the ability to derive actionable business insights.
- Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests and provide quick, data-driven responses.
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in customer segmentation and campaign targeting, preferably using tools like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for customer segmentation, personalization, or campaign data orchestration will be added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy, governance, and compliance in a financial context.
