The LCD Innovation - Optimization Solution Analyst will support critical optimization initiatives for the LCD Division by conducting business analysis, AI prompt design, data analysis, solution design, solution testing, solution implementation (leveraging low code / no code tools), and production support activities

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analysis, design, and implementation skills, experience with using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) capabilities (M365 Copilot), and an understanding of financial services.

Department Profile

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk.

The LCD Innovation office is a function within LCD responsible for designing and delivering solutions to optimize and/or transform business processes, data, and technology for the Division. It plays a critical role in shaping and executing on the Division's transformation strategy, including oversight of the Division's technology investment process and management of the LCD Transformation Framework, which aligns process, people, data, and technology enhancements with divisional goals.

What you'll do in the role:

Business Analysis
- Performing business analysis and solution design activities, including articulating requirements in the form of use cases, capabilities, user stories, detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria and User Interface mockups
- Employing user-centric and Design-Thinking techniques to optimize user experience for functional and reporting solutions
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all project stakeholders and constituents, including technology teams
- Conducting data analysis to help inform requirements and/or solution design
- Leading and conducting end user testing (UAT) activities

Optimization Solution Implementation
- Configuring solutions using low code / no code tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Monday.com, UI Path, M365 Copilot to meet agreed business requirements
- Supporting end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle from requirements to design, testing, implementation, adoption and ongoing support

Provide backup coverage for Production Support including
- Triaging incoming support tickets
- Addressing common end user queries and issues
- Escalating to L2 and L3 teams and following up with business stakeholders, product owners/managers and internal technology teams through the closure of issues

What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of experience, including proven business analysis, solution design (incl. use of Design Thinking techniques) and low code / no code tool implementation expertise
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Experience configuring low code / no code tools
- Ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities with high quality work in a fast paced and agile environment
- Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
- Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to details, and effective time management
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
- Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements
- Ability to work in and influence cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
- Ability to highlight key risks and issues that may impact the project/ program health
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with working in a matrix and/or virtual team structure

Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience using GenAI, including Microsoft Copilo
- Experience with SharePoint, Monday.com, UI Path, ServiceNow, Figma
- Experience of analyzing large data sets and designing and implementing data-driven solutions
