In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed.

Human Capital Management Internship Program
During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into the HR functions of a top financial Firm. You can work in a flexible work arrangement, 30-40 hours per week.
We offer a supportive and vibrant multinational environment in an inspiring international team, where you can experience a collaborative culture and continuous development opportunities. You can participate in the Firm’s networking events and you will have the opportunity to extend your internship, or you may take a full-time offer upon graduation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support benefit and payroll projects and assignments
• Assist benefit and payroll related processes
• Handle day-to-day employee queries
• Create ad-hoc analysis and reports
Requirements: - Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team-player attitude
