We’re seeking someone to join our HR AI Model Validation team as a GenAI Testing Project Manager, where you will lead the execution and shape the ongoing evolution of HR’s GenAI testing and release‑readiness approach, ensuring agentic AI capabilities perform reliably and meet required oversight standards.
In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This role sits within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI-supported capabilities that support people operations and self-service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Run structured end-to-end testing and regression cycles agent-based and workflow driven AI tools , as models, prompts, and system components evolve
- Coordinate cross-functional testing activities, ensuring findings are clearly documented, triaged, and driven to closure
- Maintain and refine the testing framework, including test artifacts, evaluation criteria, and documentation standards as system behavior and architecture evolve
- Develop clear assessments, defect summaries and risk indicators to support evidence‑based release decisions
- Partner with the global risk, governance, product and engineering teams to align testing practices with required GenAI monitoring and oversight standards
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience testing complex or evolving systems--such as AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or multi‑step digital products, typically gained over five years or more years in a product-driven environment
- Ability to design, execute, and continuously improve structured test plans, regression suites, and scenario-based evaluations for systems that change frequently
- Demonstrated ability coordinating across global business stakeholders, engineering and product teams, and control partners to drive alignment
- Understanding of data quality dependencies, model behavior variability, and the operational risks associated with AI‑enabled tools
- Familiarity with GenAI behaviors, prompt variability, agent frameworks, or evaluation methodologies
