Internship Programs

Our Summer Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in an immersive orientation program and learn about our culture as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the Firm. You will participate in an intensive division-specific training program focused on developing a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial analysis, accounting and valuation, and work on a wide range of transactions.

In addition, Summer Analysts have many opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors and senior managers through team-building sessions and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects during their internship. Our internship programs are designed to provide a realistic view by having the interns assume the functions of Full-Time Analysts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduating from an overseas university (outside of Japan) between October 2027 and September 2028 from any degree / discipline, or studying abroad outside of Japan during the academic year from June 2026 to September 2027
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese*
• Interested in starting their career in Tokyo

*Candidates with all levels of Japanese proficiency are welcome to apply. Japanese proficiency is considered alongside your business preferences and other skill sets.
