We’re seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of HRES Service Delivery – Hong Kong. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery and ongoing transformation of HR Employee Services (HRES) across Hong Kong, driving operational excellence, service innovation, and a world-class employee experience.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Employee Services (HRES) team. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, strengthen governance and controls, and drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of HRES service delivery in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations and employee services.

  • Drive the evolution of the HRES operating model through process improvement, service optimization, and operational transformation initiatives.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and partner closely with global HR teams and external service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

  • Establish a high-performing culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee outsourced vendor relationships, including governance, performance management, and issue escalation.

  • Promote standardization, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes while delivering a positive stakeholder experience.

  • Lead local communications, training initiatives, onboarding activities, and knowledge management programs.

  • Support the successful transition of new services, processes, and operational initiatives into the team.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in HR service delivery, operations, or shared services environments

  • Experience managing hybrid delivery models (onshore, offshore, and vendor)

  • Strong track record in operating model transformation, outsourcing, or service optimization

  • Deep understanding of tiered service delivery models and case management frameworks

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Proven ability to balance operational execution, advisory support, and governance

  • Strong risk and controls mindset

  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
