    The Parametric Internship Experience

The Parametric internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in financial services. Unlike many programs where interns spend the summer observing, you'll contribute to real projects, collaborate with professionals across the firm, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.

Throughout the 10-week program, interns participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and professional development events while building connections with peers and colleagues across Parametric and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

A key component of the internship is a capstone project, where interns work individually or in teams to apply what they've learned and present their work to business leaders at the end of the summer.

What You'll Gain During the Program

    • Exposure to the investment management and financial services industry.
    • An understanding of Parametric's business, products, and clients.

    • Opportunities to network with professionals and leaders across the firm.
    • Professional development focused on communication, collaboration, and career readiness.
