Parametric’s Technology Program Management organization is focused on strengthening delivery transparency, improving execution discipline, and leveraging AI to automate, simplify, and optimize TPM processes. The team partners across Engineering, Product, Business, and leadership stakeholders to improve program governance, portfolio insights, reporting consistency, and delivery productivity.
- The organization is driving AI-enabled improvements across status reporting, RAID management, meeting summaries, workflow automation, executive summaries, portfolio reporting, prompt engineering, and TPM productivity.
- The team supports cross-functional technology delivery by improving governance practices, standardizing reporting artifacts, and enabling data-driven delivery insights.
- This role will help shape the future of AI-enabled program management by bringing together foundational TPM discipline and practical AI adoption.
Parametric is seeking an innovative and AI-savvy Technical Program Co-op to help transform how Technology Program Management is executed across the organization. This role is ideal for an early-career candidate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, process optimization, technology delivery, and improving business outcomes through intelligent automation.
The successful candidate will partner with senior Technical Program Managers, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to improve operational efficiency through AI-powered automation, data-driven insights, and streamlined program governance. This role blends foundational program management skills with practical AI expertise to modernize TPM processes, improve productivity, and enhance delivery transparency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify TPM workflows that can be simplified, automated, or enhanced through AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop and maintain AI prompts, templates, and reusable workflows for common TPM activities.
- Leverage approved AI and productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI capabilities, Power Platform, and related solutions, to improve team productivity.
- Automate and improve the generation of action logs, status reports, RAID logs, executive summaries, and project documentation.
- Measure and report efficiency gains resulting from AI adoption and workflow automation initiatives.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases for the TPM organization.
- Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Support project governance processes, including status reporting, dependency tracking, risk management, issue management, and milestone monitoring.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-up actions, owners, and due dates are tracked to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reporting artifacts, and leadership-ready status updates.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time program and portfolio insights.
- Aggregate data from Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and other platforms to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Use AI-driven analytics to identify delivery risks, schedule impacts, dependency concerns, and portfolio health trends.
- Support TPM leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio health reporting.
- Partner with TPM leaders to pilot, implement, and scale innovative AI solutions.
- Document best practices and create reusable AI playbooks for the TPM organization.
- Facilitate AI knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Help establish standards, governance, and responsible AI practices within TPM processes.
Job Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Interest, coursework or experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Technology, Data Analytics, or AI-related roles.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted productivity techniques.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery practices, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and reporting or collaboration tools.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI Services, or Jira AI features.
- Experience or coursework in creating automations or workflows using low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
