Role Overview:

• Supporting the Regional Marketing team to execute marketing initiatives for our intermediary and institutional business in Asia ex Japan ex Korea.

• Support a range of global and local marketing campaigns; local events; product/fund manager roadshows/webinars; and distributor campaigns in the region.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team in conducting regular checks and maintaining our content management system.

• Be responsible for management and production of marketing literature and premiums for Asia clients (including content, compliance, consistency and quality).

• Manage and/or support local digital /social media initiatives.

• Manage vendors and service providers such printers, advertising and PR companies; perform regular service reviews of service providers.

• Co-ordination with other regions including cross leveraging marketing activities with the Marketing, Product and Design teams in the UK and the US.

• Conduct market research and utilize market intelligence to enable the business to develop a competitive advantage and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate and manage the Chinese translation of marketing related content.

• Undertake ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, marketing, communication, design).

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the finance industry, preferably in asset management or banking marketing.

• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus).

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

• Knowledge of the investment management process, investment management products and their relevant sales/distribution channels will be an advantage.
