Position Overview
The Head of Private Wealth Strategic Initiatives & Change Management will lead a high-impact team responsible for designing, governing, and executing the Private Wealth business’s most critical and transformational initiatives. This leader will drive change across the operating model, technology platforms, process redesign, regulatory implementations, and continuous business enhancement, with direct accountability for business enablement and technology prioritization for Private Wealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategic program design, governance, and execution for all high-priority initiatives within Private Wealth.
- Drive the business’s mandatory book of work, including regulatory implementations impacting Private Wealth.
- Ensure clear alignment, sequencing, and road mapping of all strategic change, considering key dependencies and upstream/downstream implications across the value chain (people, process, platform, etc.).
- Establish and manage the business enablement and technology prioritization process for Private Wealth.
- Partner with technology, operations, and business leadership to ensure effective delivery of platform and process enhancements.
- Lead the internal training and communications strategy and implementation for all initiatives to drive adoption and maximize impact.
- Develop and deliver targeted communications to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and engagement.
- Champion process redesign and operating model transformation, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and client experience improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of new and changing regulations affecting the Private Wealth business, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Establish and track clear KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or a related financial services environment.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation, change management, or strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in operating model redesign, process reengineering, and technology/platform implementations.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting the Wealth Management industry.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business enablement and lead through change.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
